  • Kent - Off-grid tiny cabin on a trailer for use as accommodation for a new glamping business

  • Lindfield Gardens, Hampstead - new basement to a ground floor flat and outdoor amenity for the upper floor flats in a detached Victorian villa in a conservation area

  • Brancaster Lane, Purley - multipurpose garden studio in a large garden to the rear of a 1930s cottage

  • Bettles Close, Peterborough - garage conversion to a granny annex, internal remodeling, and refurbishment, plus rear extension to a 3-bed family house

  • Cornwall Square, Kennington - refurbishment of a ground floor flat in a block owned by a Housing Association

  • Pridham Road, London - loft conversion to an existing dwelling in a terrace 

  • Edith Road, South Norwood - whole house retrofit and refurbishment, including new kitchen and bathrooms to this 3-bed Edwardian Semi

  • Structure & Space - preparation of drawings for a book published on the work of Giles Pike Architects

  • Latchford Place, Chigwell - planning application for a whole house refurbishment incl. side and rear extension to a 1950s Semi

  • Lancaster Mews, Lancaster Gate - whole-house refurbishment of a clothing showroom into a family home on a Mews behind Hyde Park. Winner of the 2022 British Home Award for; Best Interior Design: Individual Home (more than £500,000)

  • Canonbury Park North, Islington - design development, planning, and tender for the refurbishment of a Grade II Listed semi-detached Georgian villa incl. rear and side extensions to the home

  • Barnsbury Street, Angel - proposed whole-house refurbishment of a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in a Conservation Area. Included lowering of the existing basement, a rear extension, and a new mansard roof

  • DaVinci House, Farringdon - proposed remodeling and refurbishment of a large first-floor flat in the former "Punch magazine" printworks

  • Grafton Road, Kentish Town - design development for a ground floor extension and new dormer to a Victorian terrace. The property is in a conservation area and the internal refurbishment involved the integration of a lift for a wheelchair user with Cerebral Palsy

  • Springdale Road, Stoke Newington - design development for the internal refurbishment of a mid-terrace Victorian property. The brief included the addition of a rear ground floor extension, an outrigger extension, and a new dormer

  • Orbel Street, Battersea - site stages on a whole-house refurbishment  incl. rear, loft, and outrigger extensions to a Victorian property in a terrace 

  • Britannia Road, Fulham Broadway - design development and planning for the demolition and rebuild of a new property in a terrace 

  • Grove Park Terrace, Chiswick - design development, planning, and planning appeal for a rear extension and internal refurbishments to a large Grade II listed Georgian villa

For Paul Archer Design

  • Bromfield Street, Angel - pre-planning and planning approval for the lowering of an existing basement and the addition of a new rear extension with associated light-well in a Grade II listed, late Georgian terraced property  

  • Boscombe Road, Shepherds Bush - design development for a side infill and rear extension plus outrigger extension to a large semi-detached Victorian property

  • Clonbrock Road, Stoke Newington - site stages for a whole-house refurbishment of a Victorian house in a terrace

  • Falkland Road, Haringey - design development and planning approval for a full-width dormer, side infill, and rear extension to a Victorian terraced property

  • Barnsbury Road, Angel - design development and planning approval for the lowering of an existing basement to provide a play-space and cloak storage for a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in a Conservation Area

  • St. Philips Way, London - design development and pre-planning for the addition of a basement storey below a current lower-ground floor to a Victorian family home in a terrace 

  • 39 Dartmouth Road, Kilburn - design development for a large whole-house refurbishment 

For HTA Design

  • Willingham Terrace, Camden - design development, planning, and tender for 18 new homes on a former garage site. The client was Pocket Living

  • Ascalon Street, Battersea - site stages on a 32-unit new-build housing development for A2Dominion Housing Group

  • Millbay, Plymouth - planning for the redevelopment of a former industrial area of Plymouth. 102 homes and a small commercial space were proposed as part of the regeneration of the harbour area. The project met Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The client was Muse Developments. 

  • Milford, Surrey - planning for 108 homes set in large plots on a former hospital site

  • Olympic Way, Wembley - planning, tender, and site stages on a new hotel and apartments for Pinnacle/Donban

  • Osprey Quay, Weymouth - planning, and tender for new residential developments comprised of 77 contemporary, sustainable homes each with access to private and shared open space. The client was ZeroC

  • Hanham Hall, Bristol - planning, tender, and site stages on this 187-unit scheme; the first in England to achieve the zero-carbon standard

  • Ardler Village, Dundee - planning for the final phase of this major regeneration project centered on a post-war estate in north Dundee

  • Lawley, Telford - competition, and planning for two phases of this housing development & regeneration scheme in a former land-fill mining area
